Back-To-School Snacking With Pizootz! {+giveaway}

Snacking is something that is so important! Keeping our bodies fueled properly in between meals is something that some people fail to do. I know it’s easy to get busy and caught up in life, but we still need to be fueling our bodies properly.

After school is such a common snack time for kids and even parents! Kids run into the house and head for the pantry (or snack cabinet.) Thanks to my friends at Pizootz, I’m able to bring this yummy review to you guys along with an even more yummy giveaway! Keep on reading for more details!

And, in case you didn’t know, April 25th is World Penguin Day!

Sadly, in the last 100 years, African penguin breeding pairs, which numbered almost one million at the beginning of the 20th century, have dropped to approximately 25,000 – a 97 percent decrease. Reasons for this decline include oil spills; a loss of nest burrow sites; and a reduction in prey due to commercial fishing.

In support of endangered species, Stonyfield YoKids is sponsoring the AZA SAFE (Saving Animals from Extinction) program; together on a mission to help save endangered species. As part of a year-long effort, Stonyfield will not only be contributing funds to field work but aiming to drive kids and their families to see animals and conservation projects first hand at zoos, aquariums, and on the ground where the research is happening.
