Books are something I have loved from a very young age; so whenever I get the chance to giveaway some on my blog, I’m stoked!
Today I’m giving away not one, not two, but FOUR children’s books!
Literacy and reading are so important and I don’t think a child is ever too young be read to. I remember reading different books when I was a little one and loved it! It was like a movie in my head!
Today I’m giving away four very different, but very fun books! Also, as a fun little bonus, all of these books are autographed by the authors! Yay!
- “Buzzy And Thomas Move Into The President’s House” by Vicki Tashman
“It’s 1801 and life is good for Buzzy the dog, or so she thinks. Buzzy lives with Thomas Jefferson at Monticello, but her life turns upside down when Thomas tells her that they’re moving to the President’s House. Buzzy doesn’t want to move. What will she do? This enjoyable early chapter reader for ages 4-8 teaches kids about President Jefferson, the new breed of dog he brought home from France and confronting issues about moving.”
2. “#BabyLove – My Toddler Life” by Corine Dehghanpisheh
“A curious toddler loves to play… especially with his mommy’s smartphone! When Mommy finds him using her phone without permission, it’s the perfect teaching moment. Mommy reminds her little one that what matters most in life is time together filled with love and attention. Her simple reminder: Put down our phones.”
3. “If You Were Me And Lived In… Ancient Greece” by Carole P. Roman
“Join Carole P. Roman and travel through time to visit the most interesting civilizations throughout history in the first four books of her new series. Learn what kind of food you might eat in Ancient Greece, the type of clothing you might wear what your name could be, and what children in the olden days did for fun. If You Were Me and Lived in…does for history what her other award-winning series did for culture. So get on-board this time-travel machine and discover the world through the eyes of a young person just like you.”
4. “Katy Rose Likes To Say NO! by Delin Colón
“Katy Rose Likes to Say No is about a child, like most, who is just learning to assert her independence and discovering her power over others, simply by saying “no.” She learns, however, that defying her parents and being rude to her friend only make herself feel bad. Katy Rose eventually discovers that cooperation and kindness make others happy and that they, in turn are more nurturing toward her. This book is for every parent who, while realizing the importance of this developmental stage, suffers the exasperation of constantly hearing ‘no.'”
