Chocolate is a weakness that I think most of us have.
Unfortunately, millions and millions of people cannot take part in everyday chocolate products due to allergies.
Pascha Chocolate is a great brand to fix that problem! They offer chocolate products that are free from the top 8 allergens; peanuts, milk, tree nuts, soy, wheat, gluten and even egg.
If you read the back of many labels you’ll see that many chocolate products have trace amounts of these ingredients. That is still enough, for some, to cause a severe reaction.
This chocolate has no trace whatsoever of the ingredients stated above. So, you and your loved ones can enjoy this chocolate without worrying about any harsh side effects.
Also they have a wide variety of certifications such as; USDA Organic, Fair Trade Certified, Non-GMO, Paleo certified, and vegan!
They sell a variety of chocolate bars, chocolate chips, chocolate spreads, and more.
First off, I received their “Make Me Smile” Chocolate Fruit Spread. This comes in original (which is what I got) and a sugar free option as well. This spread is something could be enjoyed on English muffins, graham crackers or right out of the jar. Personally, I had mine spread on graham crackers and did enjoy it!
This spread has a very subtle chocolate flavor. The main flavor I picked up in this spread was the date juice concentrate. It reminded me of a raisin flavored spread with a hint of cocoa. This spread is more of an acquired taste, but if you enjoy dates, prunes, or raisins you’ll love this! Don’t forget that it does have a hint of cocoa also!
I also received some of their Organic Semi-Sweet 55% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips. I love chocolate chips and may or may not be known to grab two or three out of the bag in passing… Anywho, these are dark chocolate, but they’re not bitter. Bitterness is something I think many dark chocolate products have so it’s nice that these don’t. If you love chocolate chip cookies, but have a hard time finding vegan friendly ones, these are for you!
My favorite thing about this brand is their certifications and pronounceable ingredients! They have a pretty good variety of products, but I’d love it if they made even more. I’d love for them to make some white chocolate and maybe even some sea salt dark chocolate.
Nonetheless, they’re on the track to success! Be sure to visit their website to see all the products they offer, yummy recipes, and sign up for their newsletter.

I’d actually like to try it on fruit. Banana, apple and pear slices. Maybe strawberries. I think it’d be wonderful with shortbread cookies too.
