Goodie Girl cookies can satisfy that craving while still being gluten free, peanut free, and 100% free of artificial ingredients.
I received a big box of Mint Slims and Chocolate Chunk cookies to honestly review. I loved them both, but they’re very different, in a good way.
The Mint Slims are chocolate-y, but not too sweet. They also have a nice burst of mint that doesn’t overpower the chocolate; it complements and enriches it.
Onto the Chocolate Chunk, let’s just say these were a big hit in my family. My mom is a chocolate chip cookie fanatic and was shocked when she found out these were made with quinoa flour!
I’ve never had anything made with quinoa flour before, but have to say I love it! The chocolate to cookie ratio is right on point, too.
I love both soft and crunchy cookies and these cookies definitely have a crunch to them. They’re not stale or too dry, but they’re more on the crispy and crunchy side.
All in all, this brand really impressed me! I love the crunchiness of the cookies and the flavor; as well as the fact that they’re gluten free.

I love breakfast! As a matter of fact, these pancakes featured in the post were for dinner. Who says breakfast is limited to just the a.m.? Not me!
Krusteaz and T-Fal were kind enough to send me a huge box filled with goodies! I couldn’t wait to put on my apron (just kidding, I didn’t wear one, ha!) and whip up something good.
