I love art and how it’s such a beautiful, safe, peaceful form of self-expression. Although, I am not very “good” at art, I am learning there is no right or wrong way to be an artist. Some of the most beautiful pieces are created from the artist letting go of fear of judgement.

About this box:

“A subscription box that contains everything you need to complete a structured Art Project. Each month there will be a different design and a different inspirational quote for you to hang up in your home or give away to a friend.”

Each box comes with a full Paint Set, reusable palette, paint brushes, and outline of the activity printed on the canvas!

The box I was sent came with a canvas stating “Be Gentle With Yourself.” This is something I am learning how to do and it is not easy! So, I’m super happy to now have this piece that can hang in my office as a kind reminder to slow down and be gentle with myself and my soul.

You get a wide variety of colors to create/customize your canvas just how you like.

Needing inspiration? There are tutorials on the Joy Project YouTube channel to give you some guidance and inspiration. Super helpful and fun to paint along with! 🙂

Not to overstate the obvious, but we are living in some very stressful times. So, any opportunity we have to get away into our own little world and express ourselves in a positive way, is an opportunity worth taking!

This box may be new, but it has already made so many people smile and feel joy they otherwise wouldn’t have felt.
