I love baking and I love anything that even looks like a dessert, ha!

 

I have quite the sweet tooth 😉 So, I love baking sweet treats but find a lot of it going stale/bad before it can all be eaten because my family is so small.

 

Another baking dilemma I run into is time. Finding the time to bake is a struggle! These bad boy, mug cakes from Primal Noms make dessert easy, peasy!

This brand offers a variety of flavors of delicious mug cakes that can be made in your microwave in a matter of a minute or two. Each cake is Keto and Paleo friendly, Gluten-free, has no artificial sweeteners, and is sugar alcohol free!

 

 

I made the chocolate cake and was super pleased with how easy it was to make (just add butter, an egg, and the mix!)

 

The cake was flavorful but not too rich and not dry at all! It’s definitely the perfect size for one person. They also offer full size cake mixes for bigger portions, too!

Later, I made the lemon-poppy seed cake which was a pleasant surprised! I loved that it wasn’t neon yellow (meaning no artificial coloring, yay!) I also appreciate that they have options for those who want something sweet that isn’t chocolate.
