Notes to self was founded in 2011 by a lovely lady named, Laura Schmidt. Laura wanted to take something she loves, positive affirmations, and put them on something she would see – SOCKS!

Such an inspiring message that words really do mean something and have an impact on people!

 

 

To review, I was sent 3 pairs of socks (one for myself, my mom, and my grandmother.) One thing I love about this company is that they really offer a “saying” that will fit anyone and any occasion.

I received the “Brave” socks, “Great Teacher” socks, and “Wisdom” socks. They even surprised me with some stickers that match the socks, so nice!

 

These socks are all made in the USA and are SO comfy! I love how they fit snug to the foot, but are nothing like a compression sock. They’re just snug enough to keep your feet warm, but not to reduce circulation, ha!

 

I have to say, when I’m at home I always wear socks, but rarely shoes. So, looking down throughout the day and seeing a positive affirmation like, “I am brave,” really is motivating!

 

This would make a great gift for anyone! Especially those “hard to buy for people!”

  1. These are so cute. I am a sock fanatic so I love these! I really like the ‘My cat loves me – cat lover’™ white low-cut socks and the ‘I love you – forever’ .

  2. At their Website the “I Am Thankful” socks have a nice color of blue! (“Teal”? — Oh, yes, I see the description says “teal blue”! How insightful of me!)
