A few years ago I discovered the amazing world of essential oils and have been hooked ever since. I love reading about their medicinal benefits and how they’re natural and plant based.

I was sent four of their essential oil roll-ons: Headache & Tension, Cough & Cold, Stuffy Nose & Cough, and Sinus & Allergy.

 

 

 

 

One thing I loved about these oils is the scent. It does not smell like a medicine bottle. Each one smells fresh and soothing, which is exactly what you want when you’re under the weather, right..?!

Also, they are oils but they are not too oily. I know I’m contradicting myself here, but they aren’t like smearing margarine all over your face/body. They actually sink into the skin slowly overtime.

 

 

As a chronic headache/migraine sufferer, I am always looking for natural remedies. Needless to say, out of the four amazing products my favorite is the Headache & Tension. Being an online student, working in an office, and a blogger means I’m pretty much always staring at a screen, which can result in some pretty intense headaches. This products definitely helps eliminate some of the tension that all my daily screen time creates.

 

This brand is one I will purchase myself when I run out! I take my Headache & Tension roll-on to work with me and it helps me get through the day productively and with less discomfort.
