Baking is something that never gets old and I could do all day. And, sometimes when I’m stressed, I do just that!

There’s something soothing about measuring each ingredient and following a recipe to produce a certain dish that I find cathartic. Anyone else??

Today, #ontheblog, we’re highlighting a lovely brand called “The Invisible Chef.

This brand makes amazingly yummy baking mixes for everything from cupcakes and pancakes to donuts and muffins.

This brand’s products have no artificial/phony ingredients and come in both common and unique flavors. So, there’s something for everyone!

I was sent their Bourbon Vanilla + Almond Bars Mix, Coffee & Tea “Cranberry Pecan” Cake Mix, and Vanilla Sprinkle Pancake/Waffle Mix.

I decided to cook one for the sake of this post to see how it turned out, and boy did it turn out. đŸ˜‰ I made the Cranberry Pecan Cake Mix and it was SO GOOD!! It was so moist and flavorful! The combination of pecans and cranberries was such a pleasant surprise to my taste buds.

Also, this mix only needed 3 ingredients and it was done and ready for the oven. Pretty much fool proof, huh?!

This brand is one that makes such unique mixes that separate them from your typical “ho-hum” baking mix company. This brand does offer classic treat mixes, but keeps it interesting with quirky (yet tasty) ones as well!

I totally recommend adding this brand to your kitchen cupboard – you won’t regret it!

The sweet media team at The Invisible Chef is offering a giveaway prize pack filled with a few of their top baking mixes to one lucky US reader. Please use the blue link below to enter. The giveaway will run from Dec 3, 2018 – Dec 17, 2018.

  1. I would love to try the vanilla pizzelles. I have a handwritten recipe my son brought home when he was in 3rd grade. Haven`t made them in a long time.

  2. I would love to try the pizzelles. My son brought home a recipe in his handwriting, from when he was in grade school, that I cherish, all these years later. We haven`t made them for quite some time.
