I love good smelling soap; especially when it’s all natural, cruelty free, and has ZERO parabens in it!

 

Dr. Jacobs Soap epitomizes those three values and more.

 

 

Today I get to share my thoughts on the brand with you guys; along with a super sweet giveaway!

 

 

About the brand:

Dr. Jacobs was a Swiss chemist that perfected the long-standing Castilian tradition of making Jabon de Castilla or Castile soap before the turn of the 19th century. Today, we still use the same recipes and work to uphold the long-standing tradition of making natural Castile Soap products.

The company Dr. Jacobs was created by Joey and Ezra Aini in the spring 2011. Familiar with cosmetics and skincare from other brands they have launched, they are answering the call of demand from customers for a multi-purpose natural soap product.

 

 

 

I was sent three different products to feature in today’s post.

 

First, I want to talk about the Citrus Crush Cocktail Bar Soap. This bat smells just like summertime. Its fresh aroma of sweet, fizzy citrus is so pleasant! It leaves your skin feeling clean, but not dry.

 

It does exfoliate the skin, but doesn’t strip away all its moisture. This, like all other Dr. Jacobs products, is proudly made in the USA and is cruelty free and vegan.

 

Next we have a double mini-review. This is featuring the Citrus Pure Castile Liquid Soap. I was sent one 16 oz. bottle and and one 32 oz. bottle (which has new and improved caps!)

 

 

As you can see, the ingredients list is simple, pronounceable, and not a mile long. This soap has a little different scent that the bar soap previously mentioned. It has more of a raw, orange peel scent. Nonetheless, both still smell of citrus and summertime!

This soap is amazing because it can be used as a body wash, face wash, shaving lather, or shampoo! So, if you are looking for a good all-in-one product, you should check this one out.

 

I love the pump that the 16 oz. comes in and the new formula’s viscosity is 2x thicker than before.

 

 

All in all, I enjoyed this brand and their products. I think they’re priced great and I love all the thought and care they put into each product. They even use 100% recycled paper for the packaging of their products! How awesome?!
