I think by now everyone in my family knows that I love anything all natural/organic. Of course, not even close to everything in my life fits into that category. But, when I can, I try to incorporate as many all natural aspects as I can.
When I came across the Etsy shop “The Parisian Hostess,” I knew I to work with her! Tamara is not only the brain behind this brand, but an occupational therapist as well. She hand-makes everything that she sells and uses organic ingredients as much as possible.
In her shop you’ll find a variety of lotions, shampoos, lip balms, and much more. Tamara sent me 3 of her products to review and is going to give one of them away! Keep on reading to see what my thoughts on the products were and how to win a Headache Relief Rollerball —>
First thing I want to talk about is the Headache Rollerball. As someone who deals with headaches all the time, this products was screaming my name the minute I saw it. The product is in a rollerball perfume like packaging and is 10ML. It’s made out of 100% pure essential oils and smells pleasant. It is meant to be rubbed on your forehead, back of neck, etc. and is supposed to help relieve head discomfort.
This is an oil but it sinks into the skin very quickly; so you don’t have an oily film all over your skin.
Now for the top question on your list, does it help relieve headaches?
When I first feel a headache coming on, I’ll put this on the areas it says to (on the brands’ website), and wait a few minutes. After a little time has passed and I’ve smelled the essential oils, I do notice that I feel more relaxed and my head isn’t pounding.
My final call on this product is that it does work for headaches; not migraines. If you’ve ever had a migraine you know that there’s a big difference. But, keep in mind, this product doesn’t claim to relieve migraine pain anyways!
Product no. 2 is the Charcoal Facial Soap. This is a facial soap bar that actually has charcoal in it. It’s gentle on your skin, but since it has charcoal, it helps pull all the impurities out of your skin and pores.
I have kind of sensitive skin and this didn’t harm my skin at all! It left my face feeling very clean afterwards and it didn’t dry out my skin! It also lathers which isn’t easy to find in bar soaps. This was very impressive!
Lastly, I was sent one of her All-Natural Konjac Sponges! This sponge gently exfoliates your skin and has a neutral pH which leaves your skin balanced and refreshed. This can be used with or without cleanser; just let it sit under running water for about 30 seconds to soften it up, and you’re good to go.
This is something that I did enjoy, I’m not sure if I’d purchase it once this one gets old. But, nonetheless, it is a really nice, natural take on skin care! I totally think everyone should experience this product for themselves 🙂
This brand is lovely and I totally recommend checking them out! Tamara is such a sweetheart, so if you have any questions about her products, feel free to message her. I love Tamara’s desire to help people live a more natural life and applaud her for that.
