Enjoy Good Food That’s Made Simple! {+giveaway}

Life can get busy and sometimes after a long day at work or school, we don’t feel up to cooking a homemade dinner. In spite of that, it can be difficult to find frozen meals that taste good and are made with wholesome ingredients.

That difficulty just got minimized; meet Good Food Made Simple.

Good Food Made Simple is a company that makes meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are ready in minutes – sans the yucky stuff.

This brand uses eggs only from cage-free hens; meat that is antibiotic free, and real cheese that is free of animal rennet and other questionable ingredients.

These meals are portion controlled and very rich in flavor!

Today I get the opportunity to highlight a few of their *new* frozen entrees! They currently have 12 to choose from and hopefully will make more in the future. I love seeing a section in the frozen food aisle where I know the meal will be quick, but, at the same time, not made with questionable ingredients.

Their Lasagna Bolognese is a decadent, warm, comforting meal. Unlike most frozen lasagna dishes, the noodles are tender and not crunchy/dry. Also, this is made with ground beef as opposed to Italian Sausage; which can make some lasagna a little too spicy for some. This is something that your family, kiddos, friends, etc. will enjoy and be asking for again and again.

Next up is another new addition to the GFMS family – Steak Black Bean. In contrast to their Lasagna Bolognese, this entree has quite the kick! If you’re into spicy/south-western food, this is the meal for you. It has a good amount of fire-grilled steak in it, along with rice, ranchero sauce, and many more tasty ingredients. I could totally see this dish being a hit at a Cinco De Mayo party!

Last, but certainly not least, the Chicken Enchiladas Verdes. These are SO GOOD. They do have a touch of spice to them so very young children might not like it, but my family really liked it. These are chewy and tender with a great cheese to meat ratio. Muy Bien!

For my thoughts in a nut shell, I really like this brand, what they stand for, and their integrity. My only suggestion would be to make some vegetarian and/or vegan friendly frozen entrees. Other than that, I cannot complain. The selection they do have is quite vast; they have a little bit of Asian, Italian, Mexican, and American inspired food. Pretty much whatever you like, they have something that you’ll probably enjoy.

In addition to their frozen entrees, they also make breakfast burritos, breakfast bowls, cafe wraps, egg white patties, pancakes & waffles, steel cut oatmeal, and entree burritos!

Be sure to drop by Goodfoodmadesimple.com to learn even more about their brand, the products they offer, and where you can buy these products at your local grocery store.
