Christian music is something that I love immensely. I used to think that the only way to grow closer to God was to read the bible; when that isn’t true at all.

We can draw closer to God in so many different ways, music being one of them!

I got the great blessing to review Kari Jobe’s new CD called “The Garden.”

 

 

Kari is the beautiful voice behind “Forever” and “I Am Not Alone,” among many other amazing songs!

This album is filled with 14 beautiful songs; two featuring Cody Carnes.

I am a big fan of Kari’s and immediately started listening to this CD once I got it in the mail. The first song that really spoke to me was “Heal Our Land” and I also loved “Oh The Power” as well.

Of course, all these songs each have a beautiful message. One thing I love about Kari’s music is the melody. It’s so serene and almost angelic. It’s definitely something I could see being sung during Sunday worship!

 

 

God is doing amazing things through this artist’s voice and I feel privileged to have received a copy of this work of art.

  1. I would love ti win this because like you I love worship music,,that’s when I pray and talk to Jesus the most is during worship . I love her voice and great album Thanks for a chance.

  6. I’ve never heard Kari’s songs but she has a beautiful voice! ❤ I haven't found any new Christian artists in a while that I've really liked so thank you for this discovery! ❤

  23. We moved and don’t have K-Love in our area (or a Lifeway or a Family Christian Bookstore!). The one Christian station we have has a very limited playlist so I listen to CDs a lot. We’ve seen Kari in concert twice and wow, that voice! Thanks for supporting and sharing Christian music! 🙂
