December 4th is National Cookie Day, and what better way to celebrate than with a fun post (and giveaway) featuring Krusteaz?!

A couple months back I did a pumpkin muffin recipe post featuring Krusteaz baking mixes. Not only did I love the muffins, but so did you guys! So I hope you’ll love this post too. I was sent a big box of Krusteaz goodies and couldn’t wait to get in the kitchen and whip up something good. So, I picked a nice peaceful Saturday morning to do my baking. I lit up the Christmas trees, put on some Christmas music, and went to cookie baking town.

First I went with the Snickerdoodle cookie mix.

Yes, these are just as good as they look. They’re not your usual plain snickerdoodle. They have a yummy cinnamon sugar topping and aren’t dry at all; but rather moist and chewy! My grandma (who doesn’t like chocolate much) and my mom (who loves chocolate) both love these. They’re soooo good warm!

This is the triple chocolate chunk cookie mix. The picture really doesn’t do the cookie justice. This has so much rich, creamy, chocolate-y flavor to it. So, if you’re looking for something to cure your sweet tooth, this baby should do the trick.

 

 

As you guys can see these two boxes made a LOT of cookies! So, I dropped some off at my aunt and uncle’s house and they came home to a sweet surprise. Sharing is caring, y’all.
