Life is meant to be enjoyed and lived to its fullest. It’s meant to be seized and taken advantage of to the highest extent.

I don’t know about you guys, but chocolate is one of my favorite ways to enrich my life šŸ˜‰

Needless to state, I’m SUPER excited to share a brand with you guys – Santa Barbara Chocolates.Ā IMG_6851

This brand makes high quality chocolates that are a great gift for someone special in your life or even yourself!

I received the California Chocolate Nuts And Fruit Gift BoxĀ 1/2 (lb) – $23. This selection has a wide variety of toffee filled, caramel filled, and nut filled chocolates that melt in your mouth. The chocolate is so smooth and has the perfect amount of sweetness. The richness is perfect and not too overpowering.

I also was sent some of their 100% Rain Forest Cacao Organic DarkĀ Chocolate (3lb) – $39. The flavor is not bitter like so many dark chocolates. This is sweet, but still has that dark chocolate “bite” to it. They’re in little coins; so these can be eaten straight out of the bag or melted to go on top of a decadent dessert. Hello chocolate covered strawberries!

My final thoughts on the brand is, you get what you pay for. This brand uses ingredients from all over the world, makes sure their ingredients are ethically attained, and works with representativesĀ from Los Angeles, London, and Amsterdam (to name a few!) The prices aren’t super cheap, but the quality isn’t either. I also wanted to state that these chocolate were shipped my to house on a super hot summer day and they were in perfect condition! The company went to great lengths to package the chocolate securely, and kept it cool with dry ice. I promise you that this is an investment that you will not regret. You cannot put a price on chocolate ā¤

  7. I love love love chocolate, and the ones sent to you sound perfect to me. I would have devoured them in a heartbeat. Sadly I have not seen them here in South Africa, but certainly will be on the lookout. I totally agree with you, about, one getting what they pay for ! Nothing is better than a good quality satisfying chocolate.

    Fave chocolate – I am a chocoholic. Must be good quality

  13. Chocolate is great, but my favorite way to enrich my life is to add flowers. In the yard, and in my home, beautiful blooms make me happy. You remind me of my sister-in-law – chocolate is almost her most favorite thing in the world. Besides her grandkids that is!

  27. Yum! Always on the lookout for a new chocolate to try! My favorite is milk chocoloate, though i definitely still love every kind – especially with nuts or fruit in it. Thanks for sharing!
